Gary Schreiner was admitted to the practice of law in 2002. He received a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, and his law degree from the University of Utah. His career has included roles as corporate general counsel, mediation program coordinator, Family Court Services Administrator, and solo practitioner. Mr. Schreiner is licensed in Idaho (active) and Utah (inactive). He formally joined Banks McNally & Dodge in January 2026.
Gary’s practice areas include estate planning, bankruptcy, small business counsel, as well as the emerging fields of AI and drone law. He also provides conflict management training and consulting.
Outside of the office, Gary enjoys spending time with family, photography, playing guitar and bass, and independent filmmaking.
